For an assessment for dyslexia (SpLD), please contact me via the form/email at the foot of this webpage.
Assessment
The appointment is for four hours. The assessment is carried out on a one-to-one basis. The cost of the assessment is £500 (travel - may be extra), and this can be paid via bank transfer on the day of the assessment.
Results
A short feedback session can take place on completion of the assessment and on receipt of the report, a follow-up phone call can be made if you have any questions. The report produced details a profile of strengths and weaknesses, with a list of recommendations.

I am an experienced independent specialist assessor who offers full diagnostic assessments for dyslexia (SpLD). I carry out assessments for adults & post-16 students going to/at University. I have been offering this service for a number of years. Formally, I was Head of Support for Learning (22 years), a classroom English teacher (5 years), and an Associate Lecturer with the Open University (10 years). I am registered with Dyslexia Scotland as a recommended assessor.
